Job Summary

To support EHR system implementation and enhancement, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed EHR Analyst will manage tasks such as analysis, training, testing, and ongoing support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

Develops proficiency in assigned EHR applications and documents current and proposed workflows
Conducts application testing and prepares training materials for virtual or in-person sessions
Provides remote and on-site support to end-users and participates in system upgrades and maintenance

Required qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience required
Preferred experience in Epic Ambulatory/Outpatient build; certification is a plus
Experience with project management, PMP certification preferred
Familiarity with various Epic modules such as Healthy Planet and Beacon is a plus
