Pennsylvania Licensed Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of Civil Engineering and Geotechnical Design for Sheetz sites, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Engineering Manager will ensure compliance with industry standards, oversee design processes, and provide technical expertise remotely across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

• Provide civil engineering support to Entitlement Managers and manage design processes for various capital projects
• Conduct QA/QC of engineered plans to ensure compliance with Sheetz standards and provide value-engineered designs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address site feasibility concerns and provide preliminary cost estimates for development projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in Engineering, Real Estate Land Development, Construction, or a related field
• 5 years of site land development design or engineering experience preferred
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Professional Engineer, Landscape Architect, or Project Management Professional License preferred
