Job Summary
To support the implementation and maintenance of the Epic system, a Pennsylvania Licensed Epic Beacon Analyst will work full-time in a primarily remote role, focusing on analyzing workflows, building and testing interface solutions, and troubleshooting integration issues.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate processes and analyze workflows to understand operations and improve efficiencies
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain interface solutions while ensuring patient safety
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide on-call support as needed
Required qualifications
- Epic Beacon certification is required; additional certification in Willow is preferred
- Epic analyst Beacon build experience is required
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, or a combination of relevant education and experience
- Basic understanding of the Windows environment and eagerness to learn and troubleshoot
- Proven critical thinking skills and ability to collaborate with IT staff and end users
