Pennsylvania Licensed Epic Beacon Analyst

Job Summary

To support the implementation and maintenance of the Epic system, a Pennsylvania Licensed Epic Beacon Analyst will work full-time in a primarily remote role, focusing on analyzing workflows, building and testing interface solutions, and troubleshooting integration issues.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate processes and analyze workflows to understand operations and improve efficiencies
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain interface solutions while ensuring patient safety
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide on-call support as needed

Required qualifications

• Epic Beacon certification is required; additional certification in Willow is preferred
• Epic analyst Beacon build experience is required
• Bachelor's degree is preferred, or a combination of relevant education and experience
• Basic understanding of the Windows environment and eagerness to learn and troubleshoot
• Proven critical thinking skills and ability to collaborate with IT staff and end users
