Pennsylvania Licensed Epic Billing Analyst

Job Summary

To support the implementation and maintenance of the Epic system, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Epic Billing Analyst will analyze workflows, build and test interface solutions, and troubleshoot integration issues, primarily working remotely with a preference for candidates in Eastern and Central time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate processes and analyze workflows to enhance operations
• Develop, test, and deploy interface solutions while ensuring ongoing maintenance for efficiency and patient safety
• Resolve integration issues and provide on-call support, collaborating closely with senior analysts and IT staff

Required qualifications

• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification is required
• Epic analyst HB build experience is required
• Bachelor's degree is preferred, with relevant education and experience considered
• Basic understanding of the Windows environment and eagerness to learn and troubleshoot technologies
• Proven critical thinking skills and attention to detail
