Pennsylvania Licensed Epic HB Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Resolute HB Analyst to implement, develop, and maintain the Epic system and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze processes to understand operations and workflows of end users
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain interface solutions to improve processes and promote patient safety
• Troubleshoot integration/mapping issues and provide on-call support as needed

Required Qualifications

• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification is required; additional Dorothy/Home Health certification is a plus
• Epic analyst Resolute HB build experience is required
• Bachelor's degree is preferred; relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Basic understanding of the Windows environment and eagerness to learn and troubleshoot technologies
• Proven critical thinking skills and follow-through
