Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze processes and workflows of end users to understand operations
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain interface solutions to improve processes and patient safety
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide on-call support as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory build and certification is required
• Basic understanding of the Windows environment and eagerness to learn
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or a combination of relevant education and experience
