Job Summary

Providing strategic and operational financial support, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Finance Partner will facilitate forecasts, lead monthly operating reviews, and mentor team members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitates quarterly and capital forecasting in partnership with operational leadership
• Leads monthly operating reviews, including variance reporting and corrective action plans
• Mentors and develops Finance Partners to enhance team performance and collaboration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field (Required)
• Minimum of 6 years of related work experience (Required)
• Experience in financial forecasting and analysis
• Proven track record in financial performance improvement initiatives
• Strong understanding of cost accounting methodologies
