Job Summary
Providing strategic and operational financial support, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Finance Partner will facilitate forecasting, lead monthly operating reviews, and mentor Finance Partners while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitates quarterly and capital forecasting in collaboration with operational leadership
- Leads monthly operating reviews, including variance reporting and corrective action plans
- Mentors Finance Partners and supports the development of a high-performing finance team
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in finance or related field (Required)
- Minimum of 6 years of related work experience (Required)
- Experience in financial forecasting and analysis
- Proven leadership skills in mentoring and team development
- Strong understanding of financial management reporting tools
