Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Financial Specialist Associate to work from home in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-stop service for patients, addressing issues related to processes and functions
- Perform accounts receivable functions, including cash collection, resolution of accounts, and management of financial assistance programs
- Educate patients on billing, insurance, and regulatory issues while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Experience with billing systems is advantageous
- Ability to maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
