Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Financial Specialist Associate to work from home in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-stop service for patients, addressing issues related to processes and functions
• Perform accounts receivable functions, including cash collection, resolution of accounts, and management of financial assistance programs
• Educate patients on billing, insurance, and regulatory issues while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Experience with billing systems is advantageous
• Ability to maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
