Job Summary

A company is looking for a Gaming Account Associate to provide support to iGaming players through phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to engage with assigned gaming accounts and re-engage inactive players
• Document call outcomes and customer feedback accurately in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve player issues and maintain compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service in a teamwork environment
• Minimum of 2 years supporting Casino VIP experience and/or equivalent sales experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship
• Ability to maintain compliance with gaming regulations and company policies
• Willingness to work a set schedule that may include weekends or holidays
