Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary legal support for contracting, commercial transactions, and various organizational functions
• Oversee commercial dispute resolution, litigation, and manage outside counsel
• Develop and update standard contracting policies and support process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BA/BS and Juris Doctor
• Active member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar or equivalent
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in law firms and corporate legal departments
• Demonstrated success in contracting, negotiation, and compliance
• Strong analytical and management skills
