Job Summary

Assisting in the preparation and submission of small grant and contract proposals, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Grants Specialist will draft and negotiate contracts, conduct cost analyses, and monitor grants while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit small grant and contract proposals
• Draft and negotiate contractual arrangements and procurement proposals
• Monitor grants and prepare routine financial documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience in preparing pre-award applications and reports
• Ability to conduct cost analyses and manage collections activities
• Knowledge of policy and procedural interpretation related to grants
