Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Health Insurance Agent to support Medicare-eligible customers through their health plan enrollment journey.

Key Responsibilities of the Licensed Health Insurance Agent:

• Deliver outbound sales consultations to educate seniors on Medicare Advantage offerings and guide them through the enrollment process
• Manage long-form sales calls while maintaining engagement, accuracy, and compliance
• Complete full enrollments during outbound calls while adhering to Medicare marketing guidelines

Qualifications and Skills for the Licensed Health Insurance Agent:

• Active health & accident insurance license in the state of residence, with willingness to obtain additional non-resident licenses
• Minimum of one year of insurance sales experience, including outbound calling
• Understanding of Medicare compliance practices and ability to follow regulatory requirements
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (home hotspot or T-Mobile home internet not permitted)
