Job Summary

To support the delivery of Medicare coverage solutions, the remote, contract-to-hire Licensed Health Insurance Agent will guide eligible seniors through plan options via consultative phone-based sales while achieving daily enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare plan guidance to eligible customers through a mix of outbound and inbound phone consultations
• Manage extended customer conversations while maintaining engagement and compliance throughout the sales process
• Consistently achieve daily enrollment expectations by applying structured sales methodologies and effective needs analysis

Required Qualifications

• Active Health and Accident insurance license in the home state with eligibility for additional non-resident licensing support
• At least one year of health insurance sales experience with demonstrated outbound calling exposure
• Working knowledge of Medicare products and compliance requirements
• Strong customer service mindset paired with sales drive and self-motivation
• Reliable home internet service and ability to meet background and compliance screening standards
