Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Pennsylvania Licensed Health Insurance Agent will assist clients in understanding their coverage options, make outbound follow-up calls, and build strong customer relationships while providing compassionate service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to help individuals understand their insurance coverages and select appropriate products
• Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups and assist with Medicare application workflows
• Build customer loyalty and trust through effective relationship management

Required qualifications

• Active Health or Health & Life Insurance License in Pennsylvania
• At least one year of previous sales experience, preferably in insurance sales for individuals under 65
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
• Comfortable using desktop computer systems and meeting specific technical requirements for remote work
