Job Summary
Contributing to a wide variety of complex analyses and projects, the full-time salaried Pennsylvania Licensed Healthcare Actuary Associate Manager will provide financial analyses, direct benefit plan strategies, and ensure quality deliverables while collaborating with client teams and vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direction on benefit plan analysis, design, and funding strategies for multiple employer client teams
- Deliver accurate claim reporting and financial modeling to support client decision-making
- Communicate complex financial and actuarial results effectively to drive client action
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting or health underwriting/actuarial functions
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of underwriting and funding concepts
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Progress towards completion of health actuarial designation or CEBS designation is preferred
