Job Summary

Contributing to a variety of complex analyses, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Healthcare Analyst will support employer health and group benefit programs by providing financial analyses, preparing client deliverables, and ensuring quality standards are met while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial analyses and client deliverables across multiple employer client teams
• Support benefit plan analysis, design, cost avoidance, and funding strategies
• Deliver accurate claim reporting and financial modeling to assist client decision-making

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting or health underwriting
• Basic knowledge of health and welfare products and services
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Relevant financial experience or university degree
