Key Responsibilities

• Make 150-200 outbound calls daily using an automatic dialer
• Target a conversion rate of 20-35% while engaging with low-income individuals, the elderly, and veterans

Required Qualifications

• Active resident Healthcare license in the state of residence
• 1+ years of sales experience; Medicare experience is a plus
• Primarily outbound sales experience preferred, with some inbound acceptable
• Empathetic and committed to long-term growth with the company
• Willingness to participate in all training sessions on camera
