Pennsylvania Licensed Hearing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing teleaudiology practice, the fully remote Pennsylvania Licensed Hearing Specialist will conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care for patients while collaborating with the Sales Team to enhance patient experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care for patients across licensed states
• Educate and guide patients on maximizing their hearing technology
• Provide feedback on new hearing care tools and workflows to improve patient experience

Required qualifications

• Active HIS license in PA with 2+ years of fitting experience
• Successful completion of the International Licensing Exam (ILE)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload independently
• Reliable home internet connection (100+ Mbps download / 20+ Mbps upload)
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states, with costs covered by the company
