Pennsylvania Licensed HEDIS Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HEDIS Coordinator to support quality improvement initiatives remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review clinical documentation for HEDIS measure compliance and potential exclusions
• Conduct quality audits and assist with annual HEDIS chart abstraction
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA compliance guidelines and maintain documentation standards

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of healthcare-related experience; bachelor's degree preferred
• Current RN licensure in the relevant state or multistate license
• Working knowledge of NCQA HEDIS requirements preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred
