Job Summary
A company is looking for a Nurse Clinician to provide specialized nursing care to patients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial nursing assessments for home infusion therapy
- Train patients and caregivers on procedures and equipment
- Develop and revise care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Required Qualifications and Education
- Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing in the state of employment
- At least 2 years of experience as a home infusion nurse or equivalent
- CPR Certification and Professional Liability Insurance required
- Knowledge of IV insertion and infusion pumps
- Experience with IV therapies such as intravenous immunoglobulin and biologics is advantageous
