Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse in Home Infusion to provide community-based infusion nursing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide infusion nursing services to patients as prescribed by their physician, including assessment, planning, and education
• Initiate and manage prescribed therapy, including scheduling appointments and ordering supplies
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and maintain patient care plans based on current needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
• Basic Life Support Certification
• Experience in IV, Infusion, and Home Health nursing is preferred
