Pennsylvania Licensed IAM Security Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance role-based access management, the full-time remote Pennsylvania Licensed IAM Security Analyst will provide technical support for customer account inquiries, resolve access-related issues, and recommend security improvements across various applications and technology platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customer account inquiries and resolve access-related incidents
• Recommend improvements to address security issues or gaps in access management
• Participate in project teams to complete complex assignments related to IAM functions

Required qualifications

• Relevant experience with ServiceNow and strong familiarity with IAM
• High School Diploma or GED, or relevant experience in lieu of education
• Epic Security certification or training for applicable systems
• Strong leadership skills for coordinating work and handling escalations
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles
