Job Summary
To support operational and clinical staff, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Improvement Advisor will facilitate multidisciplinary improvement teams, conduct data analysis, and manage projects remotely to enhance patient experience, safety, and efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieves project outcomes by removing barriers and focusing on results through creative problem-solving
- Analyzes clinical, operational, and financial processes to identify and implement efficiency improvements
- Facilitates project teams and builds relationships with stakeholders to drive change and support improvement initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- Six Sigma Certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ)
