Pennsylvania Licensed Inboxologist

Job Summary

To support a growing primary care team, the full-time remote Inboxologist, NP/PA will manage provider desktops by reviewing and addressing labs, messages, refills, and documents while ensuring work/life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide coverage and management of a provider desktop to address provider shortages
• Review and address incoming labs, messages, refills, and documents
• Participate in on-site training while working remotely Monday through Friday

Required qualifications

• Master's degree as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (NP) or graduate from an ARC-PA accredited physician assistant program with NCCPA certification
• Licensure or license eligible as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (FNP) required
• DE and PA license or license eligible required
• BLS certification
• 5 years of experience as a NP/PA, with at least 2 years in primary care
