Job Summary

Pennsylvania Licensed Insurance Agent, this full-time remote position involves assisting business customers with their insurance needs through high-volume inbound calls, focusing on building relationships without cold calling or commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist business customers by educating them about coverage options and tailored products
• Build relationships through high-volume inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching to enhance sales skills

Required Qualifications

• Active Producer's/Sales Property & Casualty (P&C) license
• A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years of post-secondary education
• Ability to work evening hours as late as 11 pm ET after training
• Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
• High-speed internet connection and necessary hardware setup
