Job Summary

Fielding reports of potential abuse and neglect, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Intake Caseworker will manage inbound calls and electronic reports, conduct interviews, and prioritize cases while working remotely from home in Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities

• Field inbound calls and electronic reports regarding potential abuse or neglect
• Interview individuals by phone, asking clarifying questions to gather necessary information
• Triaging cases for follow-up and investigation based on urgency and need

Required qualifications

• Computer proficiency and ability to enter detailed notes into a database
• Residency in Pennsylvania
• Experience in social work, case management, or related fields is preferred
