Pennsylvania Licensed IT Director

Job Summary

Directing the activities of an IT team, the full-time salaried Pennsylvania Licensed IT Director will coordinate technology support, develop IT strategies in collaboration with leadership, and oversee project management to ensure timely completion in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate IT support for the assigned organizational segment and ensure adherence to project management guidelines
• Develop and implement IT strategies in collaboration with department and product line leadership
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and budget administration for the IT department

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience required
• At least 12 years of relevant experience required
• Demonstrated expertise in leading application development and IT quality assurance teams
• Proven ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable IT solutions
