Pennsylvania Licensed IT Program Director

Job Summary

Leading the oversight of an assigned Information Technology segment, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed IT Program Director will manage vendor relationships, develop IT strategies, and ensure compliance with policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify best practices for service offerings within the IT segment
• Manage vendor contracts, invoices, and product evaluations
• Develop and administer the IT budget, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• At least 2 years of experience managing people, processes, or projects
• Highly preferred: Epic Bridges Certification
