Job Summary

Leading the strategic direction and execution of account plans, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Key Account Manager will manage relationships with key health systems, focusing on market expansion and brand evaluation opportunities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within assigned health systems to drive customer engagement
  • Develop and execute account plans that align Pfizer's goals with customer needs and local market dynamics
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales, with at least three years in a leadership role
  • Strong account management and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic account plans in a healthcare environment
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key opinion leaders
