Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel - Labor & Employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary counsel on labor and employment matters throughout the employee lifecycle
• Provide legal guidance to HR and operational leaders on employee relations and compliance matters
• Manage employment-related claims and oversee litigation strategy and outside counsel

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Labor & Employment law
• License to practice law in Pennsylvania within 6 months
• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws
• Experience in complex, regulated organizations, preferably in healthcare
