Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement labor relations strategies and tactics
- Lead contract negotiations, grievances, and arbitrations
- Provide mediation and guidance on bargaining unit issues and evaluate HR practices for effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Required)
- Master's Degree (Preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years of related work experience (Required)
- Experience in leading employer in grievances, arbitration, and union organizing
