Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement labor relations strategies and tactics
  • Lead contract negotiations, grievances, and arbitrations
  • Provide mediation and guidance on bargaining unit issues and evaluate HR practices for effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Required)
  • Master's Degree (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 7 years of related work experience (Required)
  • Experience in leading employer in grievances, arbitration, and union organizing
