Job Summary
Supporting a team of attorneys, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Legal Assistant will prepare legal documents, manage attorney calendars, and communicate with clients while working in a hybrid remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents and correspondences, including motions and pleadings
- Manage attorney calendars and coordinate examinations for defense experts
- Maintain files, answer phone calls, and assist with discovery processes
Required qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or higher with a minimum of two years of legal work experience
- Prior litigation experience and understanding of legal terminology
- Experience in insurance defense or personal injury within a Pennsylvania law firm is preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
