Pennsylvania Licensed Litigation Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Associate to manage complex legal matters with significant autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-level disputes including commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, and international arbitration
• Work directly with partners and maintain significant responsibility on complex legal matters
• Operate with minimal oversight while accommodating long hours as required by case demands

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 7+ years of experience in complex litigation
• Background at an Am Law 100 or similarly sophisticated firm is preferred
• Experience managing key components of legal matters independently
