Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their Litigation team in Philadelphia, PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to written discovery
• Take and defend depositions and prepare and argue motions
• Conduct thorough case assessments and maintain communication with clients throughout the case lifecycle

Qualifications

• JD degree with excellent academic credentials
• Admittance to practice in Pennsylvania required; New Jersey admission is a plus
• Experience in professional liability, general liability, coverage, and Directors and Officers is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong organizational and time management skills
