Key Responsibilities

• Research complicated legal issues efficiently and competently
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and handle all aspects of discovery
• Participate in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediations

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of litigation experience at a large firm or sophisticated boutique
• Licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey
• J.D. from an accredited, preferably first-tier, law school
• Outstanding references
