Job Summary

Seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Litigation Attorney, the full-time remote General Litigation Defense Attorney will manage a general litigation caseload, collaborate with other attorneys on legal projects, and handle court appearances, depositions, and client communications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a general litigation caseload
• Work closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projects
• Handle court appearances, depositions, and examinations under oath

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of general litigation defense experience
• Experience preparing pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and/or New York
• J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional law firm setting
