Job Summary

Managing Workers' Compensation Lost Time and Medical Only claims remotely, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Lost Time Claims Specialist will evaluate claims, determine compensability, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective claim management.

Key responsibilities
  • Evaluate and establish action plans for managing medical and indemnity benefits related to injury claims
  • Conduct interviews and gather facts to make informed decisions on claims outcomes
  • Collaborate with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals to facilitate timely return-to-work processes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Three years of experience in workers' compensation insurance is required
  • One valid workers' compensation adjuster license is strongly preferred
  • Experience managing claims in Pennsylvania is required, with additional experience in Delaware and Maryland being a plus
  • Ability to manage claims through the litigation process and utilize claims management systems effectively
