Pennsylvania Licensed Lost Time Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Managing Workers' Compensation Lost Time and Medical Only claims remotely, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Lost Time Claims Specialist will evaluate claims, determine compensability, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate and establish action plans for managing medical and indemnity benefits associated with injury claims
• Conduct interviews and gather facts to make informed decisions on claim outcomes
• Collaborate with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals to facilitate timely return-to-work processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Three years of experience in workers' compensation insurance required
• One valid workers' compensation adjuster license is strongly preferred
• Experience managing claims in Pennsylvania and knowledge of relevant laws and procedures
• Ability to manage claims through the litigation process
