Job Summary

To support a growing Multi-Practice Support & Coordination team, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Medical Assistant will manage patient flow, assist with examinations, and ensure compliance with health regulations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Check schedules, organize patient flow, and assist patients with various needs during examinations
• Send and receive patient medical records while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and other regulations
• Prepare patient rooms, manage inventory of supplies, and perform clinical procedures such as phlebotomy and EKGs

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology
• CPR certification based on AHA standards within 30 days of hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Act 34 clearance
