Job Summary

Seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Medical Assistant, the full-time Medical Assistant will provide patient care support in a fast-paced environment, assisting with patient data collection, coordinating services, and ensuring high-quality care delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to inbound callers, assessing needs and coordinating appropriate services
• Assist in collecting patient data, documenting information in medical records, and ensuring care coordination
• Manage office telephone systems, schedule patient appointments, and maintain confidentiality of patient information

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of program completion
• 1+ years of related experience preferred
• MA Certification preferred
• Understanding of insurance restrictions and compliance with regulatory standards
