Job Summary

To support the Passavant Multi-Disciplinary team, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Medical Assistant will manage patient flow, assist with clinical tasks, and maintain compliance with health regulations in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Check schedules and organize patient flow while assisting patients with various needs
• Collect patient information, take vitals, and perform screenings as per provider guidelines
• Prepare and clean exam rooms and manage inventory of supplies to ensure a safe environment

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 1+ years of previous Medical Assistance experience in Primary Care is highly preferred
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology are necessary
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), especially EPIC, is preferred
