Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Medical Content Analyst will advise on ClaimsXten clinical content and policies, lead client discussions, and support client escalations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Advises on ClaimsXten clinical content, documentation requirements, and configuration options
• Leads client-facing discussions to explain ClaimsXten edit logic and expected outcomes
• Maintains understanding of product behavior and supports client escalations related to pre-payment edits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health information management, nursing, or a related healthcare field
• Certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)
• Minimum of twelve years of relevant healthcare experience, including three years in health insurance payer roles
• At least three years of experience with ClaimsXten
