Pennsylvania Licensed Medicare Sales Agent

Job Summary

Providing essential support to prospective Medicare members, the temporary full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Medicare Sales Agent will answer inbound calls, educate callers about Medicare Advantage plans, and assist with enrollment while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and guide prospective members in navigating their Medicare options
• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective members and assist with enrollment over the phone
• Document interactions and manage lead information in the CRM system

Required qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 6 months of direct customer service experience, preferably in a call center
• Proficiency in typing, Windows Systems, and MS Office products
• Knowledge of Medicare or Insurance Terminology is a plus
• PA Accident and Health insurance license is a plus
