Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth platform, the part-time Pennsylvania Licensed Mental Health Provider will discuss patient medical histories, prescribe medications, and formulate treatment plans while working remotely as a 1099 independent contractor.
Key responsibilities
- Discuss and review patients' medical history, symptoms, and current medications
- Prescribe medications and diagnostic tests to aid in accurate diagnoses
- Formulate suitable treatment plans for conditions such as ADHD, insomnia, depression, and anxiety
Required qualifications
- Must be a licensed Physician
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with prescribing controlled substances
- Valid DEA registration
- Valid multi-state license
- Preferred mental health certification
