Job Summary
A company is looking for an LCSW Mental Health Therapist.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation
- Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to address community needs
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work or a related field from an accredited institution
- Licensed mental health professional (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania
- Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
