Pennsylvania Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing initiative addressing student mental health, the part-time Pennsylvania Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide teletherapy and mental health assessments to middle and high school students, collaborating with school staff and families in a fully remote, contract-based role.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver mental health assessments and teletherapy to students in partner school districts
• Engage in case discussions with interdisciplinary team members to enhance care strategies
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with school leadership and families to address mental health needs

Required qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license to independently deliver mental health care (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, etc.)
• Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related fields
• Experience with telehealth delivery and therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Strong technological skills, including familiarity with electronic health record systems and virtual communication tools
• Availability to provide services during and after typical school hours (3-8 pm Eastern Time)
