Job Summary
To support a growing initiative addressing student mental health, the part-time Pennsylvania Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide teletherapy and mental health assessments to middle and high school students, collaborating with school staff and families in a fully remote, contract-based role.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver mental health assessments and teletherapy to students in partner school districts
- Engage in case discussions with interdisciplinary team members to enhance care strategies
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with school leadership and families to address mental health needs
Required qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania license to independently deliver mental health care (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, etc.)
- Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related fields
- Experience with telehealth delivery and therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
- Strong technological skills, including familiarity with electronic health record systems and virtual communication tools
- Availability to provide services during and after typical school hours (3-8 pm Eastern Time)
