Job Summary
To support a flexible imaging team, the part-time Pennsylvania Licensed Multimodality Technologist will perform routine and complex imaging exams across various modalities, including X-ray, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound, while working remotely and maintaining competencies in all assigned areas.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensures correct patient identification, preparation, and documentation for imaging exams while adhering to confidentiality protocols
- Utilizes appropriate imaging protocols and optimizes technical factors to maximize patient safety and care
- Prepares and administers medications as prescribed, evaluates images for quality, and assists in interventional procedures
Required qualifications:
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent certification in relevant modalities
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience
- Basic Life Support Certification
- At least one specialty certification in MRI, CT, PET, or other relevant areas
