Pennsylvania Licensed Nonprofit Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nonprofit Organizations/Tax-Exempt Attorney (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal assistance and support to nonprofit organization clients, including document review and drafting
• Research tax and legal matters relevant to nonprofit organizations
• Manage client projects and communicate directly with clients regarding timelines and budgets

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree required; must be licensed to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing
• Mandatory license to practice law in Pennsylvania, with additional state licenses preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in nonprofit law, tax law, and/or corporate law is essential
• Demonstrated interest and experience serving nonprofit organizations
