Pennsylvania Licensed Nonprofit Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nonprofit/Exempt Organizations Attorney (Full-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal assistance to nonprofit clients by reviewing, drafting, and finalizing various legal documents
• Research and analyze federal, state, and local laws relevant to nonprofit organizations
• Manage client projects, timelines, and budgets while collaborating with team members and outside counsel

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree required; must be licensed to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant legal experience
• Strong interest and experience in serving nonprofit organizations
• Experience in nonprofit law, tax law, and/or corporate law is essential
• Comfortable with diversity and inclusive regarding various demographic factors
